Sábado, noticias inesperadas llegaron a Irie move; esta semana hubo visitas desde Alemania, Argentina, Colombia, Estados Unidos, España, Rusia, Suiza, Ucrania, Uruguay, México.

A algunos de estos viajeros los conozco personalmente, a otros por sus correos o comentarios. Pero los demás ¿Quiénes son ustedes? los invoco ¡manifiéstense! (un saludo, un correo, una foto, un comentario, lo que sea. Quiero conocerlos, ver sus tierras, que hacen, qué disfrutan...

¡Gracias! a todos por venir, traer alegría y compartir energía positiva con sus visitas; ¡feliz día, fin de semana, mes, año, vida!

Saturday, unexpected news came to Irie Move, this week there were visitors from Germany, Argentina, Colombia, United States, Spain, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Uruguay, Mexico.

I personally know some of these travelers, others for their emails or comments. But the rest? Who are you? I invoke you, manifest! (a greeting, an email, a photo, a comment, whatever. I want to know you, see your land, what you do or enjoy ...

Irie Move, Costa Rica

Finalizaba el 2012 pero  aun quedaban sorpresas. El amor y la generosidad me llevaron a Costa Rica; Mi primer viaje a esa tierra de mares, volcanes y café.  En el aeropuerto de San José comenzó el asombro, a unos pasos de la aduana estaba Protoje; nos envío bendiciones, buena energía y saludos.

Ya en la ciudad llegaron las sonrisas, el cariño de mis anfitriones; gente amable, linda. Es facil conversar con la gente aquí, conseguir una guía de turistas en el bus, o que te inviten a una fiesta de cumpleaños, después de refrescar el alma con agua de pipa en el mercado.

Vamos a Guanacaste, no es largo el trayecto, algunas horas hacia el Pacífico, buena comida en el camino. Ya escribí en otro post sobre sus playas, el piquete de la mantarraya, Viuda Negra, mi tatuaje nuevo; recuerdos imborrables, así como el de un impresionante atardecer, de los más "tuanis" que he visto. Espero regresar pronto, hacer la ruta larga por Centro America, ahora tengo amigos nuevos,  más familia.

A walk in Delft streets with no direction,  I stopped near markt square, ate some delicious, freshly made kibbelings, drank a cold glass of white wine, and music was immediately needed . 

"Vynils, because sound matters" is shown trough one of  the Plexus's  shop windows. I went in, gave a quick look and head to the reggae section, suddenly a punky sound grab my  attention towards the turntables, as I approach them, the owner came closer... do you like them? -Martin asked.  It was a great garage band from the eighties I have never heard before (something with berries, can't remember the name) he showed me the album cover and pull  info from the internet,  a 300 euro offer, "some people are crazy", he had it for 23e. Then I asked about his store, he had it open for 35 years already, it's anniversary has a real symbolic date and hour.

-How you manage to do it? "I keep a foot on the system" -he said, and smiled. Then we talked about music and trivial stuff; he was even kind of curious not knowing where I'm coming from. 

Martin can be moody sometimes, so don't expect he will always be sharing a chat, instead he can always offer great music. If you are around Delft, please give him my greetings, ask him about the garage band (share it with us) and also for the meaning of number eleven, it's a nice story.

I began writing this post the same way as I arrive to his shop, looking for music. This is a free selection from Plexus alias 't Platenmanneke
